How We Open a Car Without Damage

The improvised methods people remember — a coat hanger gouging the window seal, a screwdriver levering the door frame — cause expensive damage because they use uncontrolled force against surfaces that are not designed for it. We use a cushioned door wedge to create a small controlled gap at the top of the door frame — a few millimetres, applied gradually — and a long-reach tool to operate the interior handle, lock button, or unlock switch directly.
